Art Techniques for the Mind, Body and Soul 


This unique course is led my Mark Ratcliffe, a fluid artist based in the UK. Mark is a certified medication coach and has a diploma in mental health first id and art therapy. This course helps you connect with your creative side with multiple exercises to help you be in the present moment and practice mindfulness using art techniques. There are both guided and non--guided exercises in this course!
